If you think that riding on a motorbike for 24hrs yes day, and night, is crazy enough, add in rain, mud, (and more mud!), trees, culverts, extreme course conditions, and you’ll get some insight on how crazy good these riders, and sidecar passengers actually really are, here are a few clips of what this appropriately named ‘HARDI’, (because they are all extremely ‘hardy’ characters 😊), 24 Hour Trial entails for them. passed away yesterday, 10th July, but got to wave her riders off for the Clare Motorcycle Club Beryl Pearse Reliability trial last month, so ride for her, and her legendary contributions to the motorcycling world and so much more. Rest in peace Beryl we know you’ll be waving everyone off today 🏁💛

A year has gone by so quickly, and now it’s time again for the 24 Hour Trial 2026, this year at Kapunda SA. Sign on is open now for all riders, and they’re queuing to get themselves registered before they start their epic ride tomorrow. First rider goes out at 11am Saturday come and cheer them on, visit this historic town and support the local businesses who also support the event.We’re here at registration now serving our ‘seriously good’ coffee, and beverages. We wish everyone a fabulous ride we’ll be here with you all the way through the 24hrs and more. 🏁👏🏻☕️

We’re at the races…..the Beryl Pearse Reliability trial, hosted by Clare Motorcycle Club at the , suns currently out, the incredible volunteers are getting set up here, and getting out to the control points they will be monitoring all day. It takes a huge team to get this off the ground, well done to all of them. Come and enjoy the activity. Coffee is seriously good, and ready ☕️

The BMX team gave their absolute best for every display that they put on over the Melrose Fat Tyre Festival weekend At my count there were 6 ‘official’ displays but they did so much more in between as well. There were many occasions when everyone held their breath as the jumps got higher, and even more daring, the crowd was most definitely entertained but the admiration for their efforts was very evident. Thank you to all of you 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Day 2 of the Melrose Fat Tyre Festival a fresh morning to start us off but when you’ve got your bike to ride 🚲 and hot coffee on the go it doesn’t take long to warm up.Fabulous day yesterday the BMX display in the Main Street had young and old cheering for more of the crazy jumps that they do.
