• Demonstrate multitasking skills to ensure good customer service while preparing drinks and performing other duties
• Experience in the specialty coffee industry and experience in grind adjustments and is able to pour latte art and maintain that quality with consistency.
• Hard working and reliable. A strong work ethic is a must.

Preparing and maintaining excellent food preparation standards and presentation for a range of meal types. (Pastry Knowledge is a Plus)
Ideally, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has plenty of experience running a Kitchen, working in a busy multifaceted environment, and ensuring top quality of product and service is maintained.
Main responsibilities:

· 2 years minimum experience
· Certification in Commercial Cookery (Cert. 3 & 4) or similar
· Must have experience with stock control and rotation (FIFO)
· Proactive
· Able to work in a busy environment
· Able to learn and keep the company’s standards
· Creative mind, with new ideas to add on
· A good planner, being able to plan and complete mise en place duties and service
· Willing to work in a friendly and respectful team
· Commitment to a long-term team member
· Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
· Ensure excellent presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
· Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
· Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
· Monitor stock and report orders to the Chef
· Back of house cleaning duties
