This is the night everything changed for us.
Months of prep came down to a single evening — and honestly, we were terrified nobody would turn up.
They did. In numbers we didn't expect. While the front of house handled the chaos, one of us stayed back making sure every single
cup was right. No cutting corners, not on a night like this.
By the time it was over, we finally let ourselves breathe.
And then the real surprise hit in the days after — new faces, new orders, people showing up from parts of the city we never thought
we'd reach.
Turns out the launch wasn't the finish line. It was just day one.
