🇮🇹🏆 NONNA’S SALAMI COMPETITION 2026 — WHAT A NIGHT! 🏆🇮🇹

What a fantastic night we had on Friday 28 August at Nonna’s Cucina for our very first Nonna’s Salami Competition! 🔥🇮🇹

We were blown away by the passion, tradition and incredible quality of the entries, with 20 salami entries competing for the title of:

🏆 BEST SALAMI IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA 2026 🏆

And after some very tough judging… we have our winner! 🎉

A huge congratulations also to our runner-up, Fabian! 🥈👏 What an incredible effort, and a very worthy finalist.

Nonnas Cucina Board Update

We are pleased to share an update to the Nonnas Cucina Board, effective 29 July 2026.

We are delighted to welcome back Rebecca Staltari as our President. We would also like to sincerely thank Michael Costantini for his dedication and leadership as President over the past 12 months. We greatly appreciate the time, commitment and contribution he has given to Nonnas Cucina in this role.

As part of the Board update, we are pleased to welcome Natalie William as Vice President, with Michael Costantini continuing on the Board in the role of Treasurer.

We’re proud to announce the renewal of our partnership between Radio Italiana 531 and Nonna’s Cucina ❤️

It was fantastic catching up at their beautiful Holden Hill cafe’. A big thank you to Mel, Marco, Dario and Stef for their great hospitality and continued support.

Over the years we’ve shared some wonderful community events together and we’re excited for what’s coming!
