Back in 2016, Dan had just an dream it was just an idea. No investors. No guarantees. No big business plan pinned to a wall. Just a dream, a tiny shop on Bray St, and a belief that somehow it could work.
While most people thought it was risky ( Dans mates & family ), Michelle believed in it from day one a fellow worker from down the bay. She helped with the opening float, went shopping for supplies, paid the first month’s rent ( Dan paid her back in 8 sweet days ) she stood beside his vision before anyone else could see it. Moments like this are easy to forget when years pass and the business grows, but they matter the most.
Every successful business has a chapter where someone simply chose to believe.
This was ours.

Guests are welcome to arrive from 5pm before the masterclass begins.

Doors will close from 8pm–9:30pm while our guided wine & canapé pairings are presented.

Expect an intimate, relaxed evening with pairings commencing at 8pm and concluding around 9:30pm, before reopening to all guests again until late.
