Josephine’s High Teas ICare 2 is a compassionate NGO helping indigenous workers to reach their goals. Everything is homemade in my kitchen !

Josephine’s High Teas are held in a garden setting in Belair. 100% of the profits for the High Teas go towards building or renting a shelter for the girls of the Dalit community (the Untouchables in Cuttack, Orissa State, India). Cost per person is $25 and the person making the booking has the opportunity to choose 3 items from the menu. Mini Savoury Quiches - egg with cheese and bacon, or mushroom or spinich

Sandwiches - chicken, cucumber or egg sandwiches

Scones with homemade strawberry and apricot jam and cream

Pavlova with berries and cream

Portuguese tarts

Brownies with walnuts

Sundried tomato dip, avocado dip, salmon dip with crackers

Or just above anything else ! Country table garden setting, with linen tablecloths and napkins, vintage china tea cups and silver and china tea pots. Guests may like to wear vintage dress and hats ! Please bring your own bottle of bubbly or wine should you wish to celebrate on your occasion; please let me know so I can have appropriate glasses !
