I recently had the absolute privilege of designing and baking a cake for my sister’s wedding. We had played with the design for many months, with her final vision coming together just days before the big day! Love the uniqueness and simplicity of this design.
Top tier: chocolate with salted caramel BC
Double tier: white chocolate with white chocolate BC

I also provided two cakes for the reception to complement the other dessert options.
Chocolate fudge cake with vanilla bean BC and a champagne & strawberries cake (layered with strawberry slices soaked in Moët!).

Congratulations L&M. Was an absolute joy to celebrate with you! 😘😘

I had the delight of making a cake for my grandnephew’s 1st birthday celebration.

Mum gave me free reign so I based the design on the gorgeous invitation.

It was a chocolate cake (mum’s only requirement!) with vanilla BC.

Text and dinosaur created from fondant.

The last cake for 2022!

A super fun Ariel cake! I would have loved to see this one served up as the surprise inside is a rainbow layer cake!!
Each tier was a full rainbow!
Decorated with BC, fondant, sprinkles and edible image details.

This was a tall cake!! A 5” on 7” with each tier 5” tall plus the tail. Total height was about 13”!
