Booknook & Bean is your friendly city coffee and book dealer. A modern-day Penny University, it’s a bookish space to linger in, drink delicious coffee to fuel juicy ideas and conversations; a place for reading inspiring words, book-clubbing, or writing your next great oeuvre. You can have your coffee and books to go, too —donated second hand books are sold to raise funds for Kiva loans that change

lives in developing countries. Ethically-sourced coffee beans are roasted locally by De Groot Coffee Co. and partnered with Tweedvale milk from the Adelaide Hills. If you don’t, then the time is now because THE 4-WEEK CHALLENGE IS ON! ☕️🔥💪🏼

We’re on a mission: we’ll be logging our reusable vs single-use cup stats on our chalkboard over the next four weeks to help super-boost our reusable cup game.

We’ve always offered a discount for customers bringing their own reusables, and always used compostable single-use cups and lids, but we still need to keep doing all we can to reduce our impact on this beautiful planet of ours 🌏

Our goal is to increase our reusable cup count by at least 60% by the end of the 4 weeks – and 100%’s the dream!

So here’s how you can help get us there:

✅ bring your reusable cup!
✅ get 20 cents off, yay
✅ enjoy your coffee that’ll be all the tastier because you’ll know you’ve done your bit to reduce waste
✅ tag a friend or colleague who you know always gets their coffee in a single-use cup
✅ check the weekly progress on our scoreboard and keep cheering us on

Remember: we’ll give you a 20 cent discount when you bring in your reusable cup 💁🏻‍♀️
