This Mother ’ s Day, I ’ m treating my mom to our favorite Thai spot ’ s famous Pad Thai noodles, paying her back for all the years she let me steal half her order.

Growing up, we came here after every good day and bad: good test grades, middle school heartbreaks, everything. She always ordered the big platter my way, extra chicken and prawns, and only ate a few bites herself.

Skip the fancy gifts she doesn ’ t need. The best present is just taking her to her favorite spot, and letting her have all the noodles this time.

WE’RE BACK, ADELAIDE!

After a much-needed holiday soaking up sun (and way too many gelatos — no regrets), we’re back, we’re rested, and we’re pumped to open our doors again TONIGHT!

Our kitchen stove is fired up hotter than a summer beach day, our team’s all dressed up and raring to go, and we’ve already prepped all your favorite curries, stir-fries, and pad thai exactly how you love ‘em.

We’ve grabbed our flip-flops, sunglasses, and snacks, because we’re officially closed for our annual holiday! 🏖️😎

We’re sorry to miss you, and we’re definitely going to miss you.

But don’t you worry, we’ll be back on April 28, brighter, fresher, and fully charged.
