This one's been hopping around the kitchen for 8 hours… and now it's ready for you. 👀

Our 8-hour slow-cooked kangaroo mince bolognese, loaded onto sourdough and topped with plenty of melted cheddar before getting toasted to crispy, cheesy perfection. 🤤

Rich. Slow-cooked. Cheesy. A little bit wild. 🦘

Basically, roo won't want to miss this one! 😏

The historic Alberton Railway Station is Australia’s oldest surviving operating station building, and it has new life!

Condemned and closed since 2019, as local MP I committed to restore and re-open this icon. Not only is it restored, it’s now designed specifically for community use!

I’ve been incredibly proud to oversee this project not only as local MP, but as the Infrastructure and Transport Minister. A proud day for the west!
