We love supporting our community, getting involved and giving back and oh boy is this a good one‼️

Come join us and Triple M Adelaide 104.7 live from 6am - 7am next Thursday 23 Nov to kick start the 2023 Hike for Hope.

Roo, Ditts and Loz will be taking to the streets of Adelaide and walking 30km to raise funds and awareness for the Little Heroes Foundation specifically around research into childhood dementia.

Our role is to caffeinate them and fuel their bellies before they take off from our Cheltenham Cafe.

We will be opening the doors a little earlier than usual, at 5.30am, so come join in for a morning of good food, good coffee and good vibes.
