WienerBago is a mobile food vendor serving amazing HAHNDORF Gourmet Wieners, Hot Dogs, Sauerkraut, Condiments and Beverages. Available for all Functions, Events, Bucks Shows, Work Shows, Parties and Kids Birthdays. We specialise in selling Hanhdorf Gourmet quality wieners on wheels. We also sell Hot Dogs, handy for when parents want to us to cater for children at an event or party. Our food van
is 3x3 in size and is fully mobile and self sufficient. Inside the van you will find we have temperature monitored storage of all meats, kept below the required temperature of 5 degrees to ensure we are keeping within the food safety limits. Our food transportation is also documented and controlled, our meats are fresh from the butcher we do not keep stock after an event and normally donate our left over breads to charities within the Port/Enfield council. At the front of the van, we have a cold storage area which houses bread products etc . At the rear of the van, is where the fun happens we cook our Gourmet meat products. Our food is cooked with LPG gas and is compliant with Aus regulations. To caution others, we have orange cones and orange flags marking any danger areas around the van. Our vans electrical work is compliant with legislation and is checked by a qualified electrician anually. As we reside in the Port Adelaide Enfield Area, we have contacted our council and had an inspection by their Environmental Health Officer, David Sboro, who was impressed with the hygiene and safety standards we have put in place. We have a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and an evacuation procedure in case of an emergency. In addition to this we have received great feedback on our Health and Hygeine Procedures and Operations at events within the Adelaide City Council.
