Tonight at 6pm I'll be cooking some delicious gluten free Salt and Pepper Squid in the Adelaide Central Market demo kitchen. Lots of samples to try and a great special on everything you need to make yours at home. All ingredients are availble here in the Market - Samtass Seafoods, OConnells Meats and Michaels Fruit and Veg.
