Deli & Coffee Team Member Position Available
Johnny Come Lately is seeking a warm, professional and service-focused Deli & Coffee Team Member to join our CBD store.
We are a quality-driven sandwich deli and coffee shop, focused on craft, speed and genuine hospitality.
From carefully prepared sandwiches to well-executed coffee and matcha, everything we serve reflects attention to detail and pride in our product.
This is a front-of-house focused role, so confidence with customers, efficiency under pressure and strong presentation standards are essential. Previous front-of-house experience is highly valued. Very good English communication skills are required.
There is a genuine opportunity for the right candidate to step into a barista role, and as the business continues to grow, additional hours will be available for strong performers who demonstrate reliability and initiative.
The Role:
-10–15 hours per week initially
-Monday to Friday roster
-CBD location
-Opportunity to grow within a premium, fast-paced hospitality brand
