South Australia has a new destination dining icon.
It was an absolute privilege to be one of the first to walk through the 158-year-old church doors of the new Restaurant Aptos.
The culinary artistry that pumps through the veins of and onto every plate is mindblowing, let alone the restaurant’s respectful restoration and refit.
Value for money? Think of it like a theatrical experience. A 3.5-hour performance, showcasing native Australian produce, crafted by the best in the business, while every diner gets the box seat, and will talk about it for years to come.
Well done to all involved. The world will be watching Stirling.
