Just casually jarring around 12kg of olives, hand picked and slow-brined, marinated in red wine vinegar, chilli, garlic, fresh herbs, and lemon 🫒
We are so lucky to live in a house with established fruit trees. We try to use everything the birds don’t eat, and pass on what’s left.
It’s safe to say family and friends are getting Olives for the holidays 😂
