Our new blend is a composition of a Brazil Natural, Colombia Washed, and Ethiopia Natural. Surprisingly the best ratio we found was 3:3:3 perfect thirds ☕️ ☕️ ☕️

Okay time to spill the beans on the new blend!

We tried a few different blends and different ratios but have decided on our favourite this morning! 🤔

Andy Reeves and Matthew Harris are both correct on the beans we used - Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia! Now they need to try and pick the blend ratio. Closest wins! 🥇

We are honoured to have made it to the finals of the MILKLAB Roaster Royale 2025! 🔥

The challenge was to roast some delicious coffee provided by InterAmerican Coffee Australia. And then blend the coffee to pair perfectly with MILKLAB Oat Milk! ☕️

The finals will be held at Melbourne International Coffee Expo 2025 in March. 🏆

Hello All 👋🏻

While we look for more staff we will temporarily close until the Thursday the 19th.

We are still looking for someone to work every second Friday, Saturday, and Sunday if you know a barista who loves building relationships with customers and needs some extra shifts send them our way!
