"Bowden Brewing kitchen is home to Masa. Masa serves up truly untraditional Mexican. The food is inspired by Mexican street food but utilises ingredients and techniques from the many cultures that contribute to Australia’s amazing food scene.

Where possible all ingredients are sourced locally and everything, including the Masa (corn dough used to make tortillas) itself, is made in house. Delicious and well presented plates will tantalise your taste buds.

Well worth the visit, the old warehouses have been done up so well, very modern and such a relaxing atmosphere"

Stanley here is a second year apprentice chef, and joined us after a stint at Yaisou George, looking to learn all he can about Mexican cuisine.

He's super into party shirts and coloured hair, so he won't be too hard to spot next time you're in. Come have some tacos whipped up by the man himself! 🤌🏽
