✨NEW BEGINNINGS ✨

We have sold our little baby (The Golden Cup)

So many mixed emotions, but mostly so excited for the community & new owners

They have some amazing plans & we cannot wait to cheer them on & forever continue to support the most wonderful space

Wednesday is officially our last day of trade, with the new owners taking over on Thursday (thankfully our awesome team will still remain) ✨

Menu will stay the same for a week or so & freezer will be fully stocked with meals

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support over the past 15 months, we feel so extremely blessed

✨FOR SALE ✨

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to take ownership of Adelaide’s most loved Mum & Baby cafe

We are so excited to pass over our heart centred cafe to the perfect person at a very reasonable price

When we opened this space it was to accomodate the warehouse for The Golden Month, which we quickly out-grew & moved to another location

Little did we know, how equally quick the cafe would gain the most amazing community & loyal customers in such a short time

The reason behind wanting to sell, is that the golden month is thriving & our energy is required there fully, to continue to nourish & nurture mothers Australia wide

With Carla due to have a baby in a matter of days & having 7 children between us, we have been pulled in so many directions & to say our plates are full would be an understatement

Owning a business with young children has so many benefits, yet running 2 businesses we have found it challenging to give 100% to our work & find the work / life balance & give our children what they deserve

The Golden Cup, has so many opportunities for growth, with the space being able to use as a hire function & catering; which is flourishing into an amazing addition to what we first intended

We have the most amazing staff, who could continue to run the cafe & space for new owners to also be a part in the growth we foresee

We are truly proud & grateful for what we have created & know with the rite person taking over, The Golden Cup will continue to be a place where mothers can fill their cups & can come exactly as they are 🥺🙏🏽💛

PS we will still provide family meals & “that caramel slice” 🤤

✨EASTER ✨

Reminder we are closed tomorrow at 10am for a private course (circle of security) still open for the morning coffee rush! So head in Early 🫶🏾

We will be closed Easter Friday all weekend & will re-open Tuesday the 11th

Easter is our favourite time of the year, especially with young children.. there is so much magic to happen ✨

This means we are only open Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday this week so come in & get nourished with our Autumn menu & stock up on family meals for the extra long weekend

✨HOME MADE✨

Who was lucky enough to try Sam’s home-made sausage rolls today? Baked fresh & sold out within the hour (swipe to see the yummy-ness)

We had the best feedback from them & have decided we will be baking these fresh daily, alongside filo pastries (until sold out each day)

These two are a match made in heaven & fully embrace our ethos

How did we find the most wonderful team? 🥺😭

Home made, fresh organic produce is so important to us

We primarily feed mothers & children, and know how much better we all feel when eating nourishing meals with no nasties.. we wanted to created a loving space where you can enjoy a feed without a sugar crash on the way home

Sam grew up on a farm & his mum is well know for home style country cooking! From farm to plate.. so can you imagine how blessed we are to have him as our head chef

Home made sausage rolls, tomato sauce, lemon & passion fruit curd (straight from his garden) honestly… 🥰

Then meet front of house baking queen, whipping up banana bread & brownies that everyone is obsessed with!

We hope that when you visit our cafe, it feels like “coming home” a place to be truly nurtured with your little wildlings

We are trialling SUNDAYS at The Cup!

After many requests we have decided to take a leap & open Sunday’s 8am-1pm

We will be trialling this for 4 weeks (excluding Sunday the 12th of March as we are closed for a private event with .photography)

This week is looking hot AF!

On hot days we will be closing at 12:30pm

Our cute lil cafe doesn’t like the heat, nor does little babes

So this week Monday - Saturday we will be open 7am-12:30pm

Enough time to come get your morning iced coffee, Biscoff frappes & nourishing salads for lunch

No one likes cooking in the heat so come grab a family meal & an extra to gift to an elderly neighbour 🫶🏾💛

Who would of thought a month ago we thought summer was never going to grace us with its presence 🥵
