All good things must come to an end, and coinciding with the end of Fringe Festival, is the end of CC.
It's with a massive sense of pride and achievement, that I hang up my skimpy little red Apron, and say goodbye to the little business I created 3.5 years ago. What started with $2000 and a trailer, and a dream. I did the trailer up and it became CC- the food truck version. A few months later Covid emerged, helping me make the choice to relocate CC (nearly dying along the way) from QLD to SA. Once here, I took a massive risk, and opened a bricks and mortar smack bang in the middle of the pandemic. With my food and good vibes CC was able to thrive, grow and adapt throughout, not only the business, but also me as a person. I even achieved a better google rating than my two Mexican Restaurants in London (which were voted in London's top 3 best Mexican Restaurants!) and they were not even vegan! WE ALSO HAD THE BEST GOOGLE REVIEW RATING OF ALL MEXICAN IN ADELAIDE! Ive changed the way people view vegan food, and I couldn't be prouder!
MUCHAS GRACIAS for all the support I have been given over the years, in the form of reviews, sharing posts, recommending, and of course, coming in and having a good time at CC! You have showered me in love and recognition, and I'm so grateful and happy!
I have now taken CC as far as I care to, and it's been a WILD ride, but I'm now looking forward to my new career as a Youth Mentor.
MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TU AMOR, Y GRACIAS POR LA RECUERDAS! ADIOS AMIGX'S!
