Good morning Sassy Cat Lovers.

Today we would like to introduce you to Orlando.

Orlando is a 9 month old male domestic shorthair and a very handsome boy!

Orlando is a little shy at first, but with the right combination of love and attention, he will be your best friend in no time.

Orlando is ok with other pets (slow introductions please) and like most black cats he will steal your heart immediately, because he is so special 🖤.

Orlando has been fully vetted and his adoption fee is $140.

Spring has definitely sprung and we are finally enjoying some milder temperatures!

School holidays begin in a week, so if you think you might like to visit us, please make a booking to avoid wait times.

Good morning Sassy Cat Lovers.

As the warm weather approaches, so does kitten season.

I thought it was appropriate today to remind people of what to do if they find stray cats or kittens.

If you find very young kittens, do not touch them until you are certain that they have been abandoned. Often, mother cat may be out looking for food and will return to her kittens at some point during the day.
A kitten's best chance of survival at this age, is with it's mother.

The next step is to contact a rescue organisation. A google search will supply a list of smaller rescues in Adelaide (apart from RSPCA and AWL) that may be able to help.

Please be aware that many rescues are run by volunteers who hold down day jobs and have families as well. You may need to wait for them to respond.

Please do not call Sassy's and ask us to take in any kittens or cats. We are not a rescue organisation and simply do not have the necessary resources to help.

Above all, spay or neuter your cats!! Your kitties will enjoy a more comfortable life free from endless breeding and all the health issues that can result.

Good morning Sassy Cat Lovers.

September 10th is R U OK day and
many people do not realise the impact asking these three words can have on someone who is struggling with life.

In a world where our population continues to expand it is incredibly sad how many people feel totally alone.

A smile, a kind word or a good deed can go such a long way towards making someone feel like they matter.

At Sassy's we pride ourselves on being a safe and welcoming place for everybody.
If you are struggling with things, you are always welcome to pop in for a coffee and a chat or maybe even a game with our staff.

Don't underestimate the healing power of animals either. Spending time with a furry friend is time well spent.

Good morning Sassy Cat Lovers.

Today we would like to introduce Gary and Geronimo, two ginger and white boys who have become available for adoption.

Borh boys are 4 monrhs old, fully vetted and are looking for indoor only homes.

Their adoption fee is $220 each.

To meet Gary and Geronimo, please pop in for a visit.

We are open until 2pm.

We should not have to say this, but it has become necessary.

We at Sassy's WILL NOT TOLERATE any form of rude abusive behaviour, racism, homophobia or sexism towards our staff members.

Our staff are volunteers.

They give up their personal time to help customers enjoy their visit to our cafe.

Most of the people who come in are amazing and we love meeting you and sharing our happy space with you.

For those who just want to be rude, your behaviour is unacceptable and you will be asked to leave.
