Coconut frangipane Danish with raspberry & streusel by Sakana pastry

Buttery, flaky layers. Creamy coconut frangipane. A little tart raspberry. And that sweet, crumbly streusel on top. 🤌

Basically… she’s a bit fancy, a bit naughty, and very hard to share. 😏

And for our fellow early birds 👀, we’re usually on site from 6:30am too. If the lights are on, come say hi… we might just be able to get that first coffee into your hands a little earlier. 😉

Unfortunately, Grenfell Street has been hit with another power outage, which means we’ll be closed for the rest of today. 😭☕️

A huge thank you to everyone who came by this morning, we really appreciate you! ❤️

We’re told power should be restored around 2pm today, so fingers crossed everything is back up and running and we can get the coffee flowing again tomorrow morning! 🤞☕️

It’s been one of those weeks, the perfect storm of winter sickies and children being sick! We haven’t been able to make it into the café all week because family comes first. ❤️

We’re so thankful for our incredible ACB team who have kept everything running, and we’re equally grateful that we always have our own beans at home. It’s been a little reminder that good coffee has a way of making even the harder days just that little bit better.

Every carton starts with a story. Ethically sourced from Mousso Faso, a predominantly female farming collective in Burkina Faso, every cup helps support fair pay, better working conditions, education, and sustainable farming practices.
