As someone who had zero business experience and $250 to start my coffee cart - here are 3 (of the many) things I’ve learnt:

1. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just start, no matter if you aren’t 100% ready. If it is 70% ready but you are 100% committed then you’re already heading in the right direction. Learning as you go builds resilience and teaches you to think on your feet.

2. Know your “why” and whenever you have a s**t day (because you will), reflect on this and let it bring back perspective on why you are doing what you are doing. Let this be the realm where the magic happens 💫

3. This one’s a little out there - have your competitors as your invisible team. Network and meet the people in the same industry, doing the same thing as you! Don’t work against them, work with them. They end up becoming a solid group of people who you can bounce things off, brainstorm ideas and help out when you need it. Running a small business can get lonely so having like minded people in your corner are such a blessing. Plus if you’re good at what you do then there is no comparison, right?

This one was a very quick reno but so happy with how much space we have to work with now! Getting the flow right for large events was the priority. Thanks to my old mate for your expertise in getting this van up and running 👍👍
