Watching Midday come to life has us reflecting on just how far this journey has taken us.

From Bubble Bus and Clucking Delicious, to Phat Head Dumpling, catering events across South Australia, and now Midday.

None of it was ever part of some grand master plan.

We simply followed our passion for food, kept learning, adapted when we needed to, and took opportunities when they came our way.

Every chapter taught us something.
Every challenge made us stronger.
Every customer played a part in helping us get to where we are today.

As we prepare to open Midday, we're incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported us over the years.

We have been keeping a secret... 🤫

For months, while serving dumplings, catering events, and running Phat Head Dumpling, we've also been quietly working on something we've dreamed about for a long time.

A little eatery centred around the food we love sharing most.
