Freshly picked and dehydrated 🍋
This batch of lemons is now cooling ready for storage. If you’re like me and love cooking with lemons but don’t want to pay big bucks 💰 out of season then stock up on dehydrated citrus to preserve the flavour and your bank account! Bonus: the flavour is more concentrated with dehydrated fruit so you need less of it too!

Now available citrus garnishes. Locally grown and preserved in South Australia these citrus garnishes are perfect for adding to cocktails, tea, stews and even to create your own meat rubs!

They are available in 20gm or 50gm bags. We currently can supply 🍋 lemons, limes and oranges 🍊 with Grapefruit coming soon!
