We sell Egg and Bacon Breaky rolls, Aussie Baked Spuds with House-made Bolognaise Sauce, Loaded Hotdogs, Milkshakes, Coffee, Pastries & Cakes.

Hello all in Facebook land.
As many of you know over the last year I have been going a bit crazy with riding my bike.
Going for long and hard rides as often as I can.
Well this wasn't just for the hell of it or bit I have turned into a MAMIL or just to loose wieght etc but for a goal I set myself last year. To do a charity ride and raise money for Autism S.A.
On the Saturday the 5th of October im going to attempt to ride the equivalent of Mt Kosciuszko 2228m of virtual elevation.
This will be done by summiting mt lofty 4 times.
If you can spare a dollar it would mean the world to me, but I truly understand money is tight, so even if you can come past on the day and say g'day and will give me the help I need to keep turning the wheels🚲🚲🚲

I will post more details about the ride as we get closer to the day.

So for the last few weeks i have been cover a chef that is on holidays at Soho coffee roasters in the city (Morphett st store) this weeknis my last week. So today I made them some of our Portuguese tarts. Come in a grab one while they are still hot.

P.s. there are good things in the wind and a shop is very much on the cards. Stay tuned in the next week for further announcements.

Hi every one.It has been over a year since we closed our shop front and it has been hard not being able to work with fantastic staff we had. We have been trying to work out how to re open but a shop front at this stage will be out of the question. In saying that we may have something that could possibly work but will take some doing to make it work. First off I have a quick question for any Gas plumber's out there. Can this oven be converted to LPG/ or would you know what size gas pipe it would need to run on natural gas?

To all of our supporters and customers who have been to most amazing group of people.
It is with heartache and tears I am writing this post. Spectrum bakery has to close down. Since we closed our shop front we have been concentrating on farmers markets and wholesale.
This was going well with the few hiccups along the way with the oven. We had plans in the works to try and re-open in the future in a different location. Due to cost and unfortunately like most things it has come down to money we just don't think we are can do so.
The oven again this week has been very problematic and over night basically has stopped working again so this has been the final nail in our coffin.
I wish to thank every single who has help us keep going as long as we did and hope that one day another bakery will give people with disadvantages chance to shine like ALL the employees did.

Lots the choose from today, everything from cinnamon scrolls to escargot to jalapenos bread to tumaric and cracked pepper. Here till sold out at Marden markets.

Ciabatta any one? Fresh out of the oven today at Young and Younger Coffee Shop.
We have been playing around with it for some time and I think we have nailed it. There are rolls and loaves available till 2pm today.
