Winter outside. Island Time inside.
Our Kiin ‘Island Time’ Giin with Threefold Distilling is made for a little mid-winter escapism. Think green mango, galangal, oyster shell and toasted coconut, bottled into something bright, tropical and beautifully Kiin.

Perfect for EOFY thank you gifts, client presents, team treats or simply restocking your own bar cart.

Order direct via Threefold and enter KIIN10 at checkout for $10 off your bottle.
Or escape the cold with us in-house and order it as an Island Time G&T, or in our Golden Gun Martini.

A “yorkie” is a mini Yorkshire pudding, crisp, golden and made for soaking up every bit of flavour.

Ours comes filled with ‘Tom Ka Gai’ chicken, ginger, chilli, lemongrass and shallot, bringing together the comfort of a classic roast with the fragrance of one of Thailand’s most iconic soups.

A playful little snack, available now on our Autumn menu.

And just like that, our Thai Masters Series with Samrub Samrub Thai comes to a close.

After bringing a taste of Bangkok to Kiin, it felt only right to show Prin and Mint a little of Adelaide.

David and Ben took our Bangkok guests through some of their favourite local spots, from wines at Ministry of Clouds and Gentle Folk, to Thelma in Piccadilly, Arkhe, and Pearl in Aldinga.

A few days of great food, beautiful wine, generous hospitality, and the kind of conversations that remind us why these collaborations mean so much.

A huge thank you to Prin, Mint and the Samrub Samrub Thai team for bringing such knowledge, energy and heart to Kiin, and to our good friends at each of these venues for hosting us so beautifully.

What a privilege.

The drinks side of our Thai Masters Series deserved its own little moment.

For our Samrub Samrub Thai collaboration dinner, we poured wines from our friends at Ministry of Clouds, matched thoughtfully to a menu full of depth, spice, texture and flavour Our bar team also created custom cocktails for the evening, bringing a little extra Kiin energy to the room.

You’ll always find Ministry of Clouds on our list at Kiin, and yes, you can absolutely enjoy a bottle with dinner. Come for the food, stay for the drinks.

Across two sold-out nights, the Kiin kitchen became a meeting place for South Australian produce, traditional Thai technique, and the creative energy of Chef Prin Polsuk and Chef Ben Bertei.

Bold, layered, generous and deeply considered - each dish telling part of the story.

Paired with Ministry of Clouds wines, soundtracked by DJ Nick Fahey, and shared with a full dining room of incredible guests.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the first chapter of our Thai Masters Series -stay tuned for what's next at Kiin.

Name a more iconic autumn drink… we’ll wait.

‘Tong Tae’ (ทองแท้) translates loosely to “pure gold” - a fitting name for this rich, spice-driven cocktail built for cooler nights.

Spiced rum, 36 Short Gold Rakia, lime leaf, house falernum, star anise, and wonderfoam come together for something warming, aromatic, and dangerously easy to drink.
