Busy baking and cooking today for the Cancer Council’s Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea. 10am at the Abbey Cafe in the heart of the Abermain Hotel!

On the menu…
$12 for any cup of tea or coffee (or hot chocolate) And a sweet or savoury bite of your choice!

$2 from every sale goes straight to the Cancer Council, plus a personal percentage donation based on our sales tomorrow.

Don’t forget we are hosting morning tea tomorrow morning at 10am at the Abermain Hotel to support those living with cancer and much needed research. You can donate at the Abbey Cafe but also a percentage of sales will of course go to reaching our fundraising goal of $500.

Hey all. You know I am running cafe on my own at the moment. Not feeling well tonight just a bit under the weather. so presumptuously calling I am closed tomorrow to feel better.

Reminder though we are hosting Australia’s biggest morning tea on Thursday morning to raise money for those in our community living with cancer. Please join us at 10am. Percentage of sales going to the Cancer council and whatever you can give on the day.

Super excited for Mother’s Day tomorrow. The Cafe is open from 8am - 11am. No bookings required!

And for a special mum what better than our Mother’s Day special…the Abbey Stack! 4 buttermilk pancakes topped with fresh berries, vanilla icecream and golden syrup. Teamed with a coffee or tea for just $15. (GF option also!)

Of course our regular menu of Bacon and Egg Rolls, toasties, croissants and our sweet treats all

Hey all. We will be closed Friday 8 May (tomorrow) due to a family commitment.

We are all set for a big weekend with the Blue Leaf book club on Saturday and of course Mother’s Day on Sunday!

Exciting news as we plan to expand the weekend menu for breaky at the Abbey Cafe for delicious brunch options.

I am on the look out for a Barista/front of house staff member from 8am-11am Saturday’s and Sunday’s.

Training available but will need to manage the front of house and commit to these mornings and hours every weekend.
