📢 Important notice from Restaurante Lola

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that our WhatsApp reservation service has been permanently discontinued. From now on, all reservations and enquiries should be made through our email address or our landline phone.

We would also like to remind you that we are taking a short break to rest and recharge. Restaurante Lola will be closed for holidays from 15th August until 8th September (inclusive).

During this period, you are welcome to send us your requests by email, and we will reply when we return, before the restaurant reopens. Our landline phone will be available again from 9th September.

Please note that we no longer have any tables available before our holidays. We will be delighted to welcome you back in September and continue sharing special moments with you around our table ❤️

✨ A New Chapter for LOLA

There are moments in life when it's time to close one chapter, even though our hearts remain full of memories.
Today, we would like to share that, as of August 14th, Reme and Fran will step down from the management of LOLA and bring their journey with this project to an end.

When they joined LOLA, they did so with enthusiasm, respect, and a deep desire to share their vision of hospitality. Little by little, they became part of the heart and soul of this small but extraordinary project, embracing its story, caring for every detail, and putting their whole hearts into every dish, every service, and every guest who walked through the door.

Their greatest ambition was always to offer genuine hospitality, to honour the excellence of every ingredient, and to bring a little piece of Andalusia to Vienna, so that every guest who sat at our table would not only enjoy a meal, but also experience the warmth, generosity, and flavours that define our roots.
It has not been an easy journey. There have been unforgettable moments, but also challenges, sacrifices, and obstacles that have helped them grow. Perhaps that is why they feel prouder today than ever before, because they know everything they have given and everything they have achieved together.

They leave with the great satisfaction of seeing LOLA in a wonderful place today, knowing they have left a small part of themselves in a restaurant that has given them so much in return.

On their behalf, we would like to say THANK YOU to the entire team who shared this journey with them, and to every guest who placed their trust in us. Thank you for your kind words, the evenings we shared, and for allowing us to share our passion for gastronomy and hospitality with you.

From now on, our paths will continue separately. Paco will continue leading LOLA as its sole director, carrying this beautiful project forward.

We sincerely wish him every success in this new chapter and hope that LOLA continues to grow, inspire, and create unforgettable experiences for many years to come.

Reme and Fran leave with cherished memories, invaluable lessons, and, above all, immense gratitude.
Because places are never just walls... they are the people, the stories, the embraces, the conversations around the table, and the emotions that remain within them.

Thank you, LOLA, thank you for allowing us to bring a little piece of Andalusia to Vienna. You will always be part of our story ❤️

Today at Lola, we travel to Gratallops, where 100-year-old Cariñena vines grow slowly on steep hillsides, holding on to the land and sharing the secrets of time (and they’ve clearly mastered the art )

From five small plots: Aubagues, Vinyals, Capella, Coma and Camp d’en Piqué, comes a wine with a true identity: mineral, elegant, complex and full of character. The kind of wine that doesn’t need to shout to be remembered.

These ancient vines, with their twisted trunks and low yields, produce grapes of extraordinary quality. The winemaking follows their rhythm: spontaneous fermentation, gentle extraction and 16 months of ageing in French oak, demijohn and Flextank, allowing the fruit to take centre stage.

🍒 In the glass, expect layers of ripe black fruit, cassis, floral notes, spices and that unmistakable mineral touch that tells the story of its origins. On the palate it is silky, powerful and refined, with a long finish that keeps the conversation going.

A wine to enjoy today… and one that will happily tell its story for the next decade.

🤍⭐️🫶🏼 We didn’t just change a plaque. We confirmed that 13 years of opening the door to Andalusia in Vienna was worth every moment

To many, it may seem like a simple gesture. For us, it represents 13 years of hard work, dedication, and a very particular way of understanding hospitality.

From the day we opened Lola, our goal was never just to serve food or wine. We wanted to create something more, an experience capable of bringing a little piece of Andalusia to Vienna.

We wanted every guest who walked through our doors to feel as if they were stepping into the living room of our home.
Because hospitality, to us, means making people feel welcomed, cared for, and valued before they even take their seat at the table.

Over these 13 years, we have travelled across Andalusia in search of products, stories, flavours, and traditions. We have carefully selected every ingredient, thoughtfully chosen every wine, and dedicated time to every recommendation, believing that it is the smallest details that transform a meal into a memory.

We have never been driven by quantity. We have always been driven by quality, the quality of the experience, the service, the moments shared, and the memories our guests take home with them.
That is why this plaque means so much more than it appears.

It reflects thousands of hours of work, an extraordinary team, and every guest who has trusted us throughout this journey.
What moves us most is hearing, time and time again, that Lola feels like home. Because that was always the dream.
To open a door in Vienna and, the moment you stepped inside, make you feel the warmth, culture, flavours, and spirit of Andalusia.
