On 17–18 July, Kendang invites you to a special 7-course tasting menu created in collaboration between Chef Taufik and Chef SukmA. Together, they bring their shared connection to Bandung into an evening shaped by memory, regional ingredients and the vibrant food culture of West Java.
Bandung is known for its lively street-food traditions, fresh herbs, aromatic spices and comforting dishes that balance depth, warmth and freshness. This menu reinterprets those flavours through a contemporary dining experience — from small bites and soulful broths to handmade noodles, fish, dessert and an optional w**e pairing.

Am 17. und 18. Juli lädt Kendang zu einem besonderen 7-Gänge-Degustationsmenü ein, das in Zusammenarbeit von Chef Taufik und Chef Sukma entstanden ist. Gemeinsam bringen sie ihre Verbindung zu Bandung in einen Abend ein, der von Erinnerung, regionalen Zutaten und der lebendigen Esskultur West-Javas geprägt ist.
Bandung ist bekannt für seine vielfältige Street-Food-Kultur, frische Kräuter, aromatische Gewürze und Gerichte, die Wärme, Tiefe und Frische miteinander verbinden.
Das Menü interpretiert diese Aromen in einer zeitgemäßen kulinarischen Form — von kleinen Auftaktgerichten und klaren Brühen bis hin zu handgemachten Nudeln, Fisch, Dessert und einer optionalen Weinbegleitung.
