We’re back with our numbers, our wins & learnings, because together- we grow! We did not stop reporting, we’ve been documenting everything, ‘cuz data brings to picture the wins, the patterns, the lesson and the room to improve and grow as a business.
Presenting, our Q1 report that documents our progress from January 2026 to March 2026.
☃️The SLOWWW Months
Every gastronomy business will tell you that Jan-Feb are the months where you rainy day savings could be put to use. For us, it was true to the word.
We did not end 2025 or begin 2026 on the best note- with the heating failure and Google Business Profile suspension. It took the end of holiday season and a good 14 business days for the profile to be reinstated. Even when the profile was restored, the trend of the season was not exactly what we had gotten used to, which called for immense patience.

🏖️Our FIRST operational break
It took some nerves to take our first 2-week operational break (28.01-09.02) after the month that was. But having shown up repeatedly for the last 20 months, this certainly was a well earned break- to relax, recharge and reset to do better.
🎨Art Café
Despite the slow pick up, we were extremely happy to welcome over 80 participants for our art menu- some solo, some with friends and some in groups brought in their best creative energies bringing alive colorful works of art.
In the coming months, the goal is to welcome more participants and increase our art menu offerings.
🌸MARCH-ing Well!
Jan-Feb was cold, snowy & a tad bit crazy! March brought the flowers, the sunshine & more people back for their coffees & cakes. In every sense March saw approximately 60% rise in footfall (thus sales).

Art Café expansion, Summer Menu & a very special new product launch that we have quietly been working on!
