A special highlight is the home made Zirbenschnapps from Ossi.

So what is Zirbe?

It is a greeting from the Tyrolean High Alps to the palate, an ode to the mountain peaks and the Swiss stone pine🌲, the "Queen of the Alps". The pine schnapps, also called "Zirbeler" or "Zirbener", coloured deep red by the pigments in the pine cones, has always been considered a high-proof tonic in the Alps.
