We use natural, artisan methods and the finest quality ingredients to bake our breads and pastries. All our products are hand-made and baked using recipes and techniques perfected over centuries. Bread is the oldest and most basic food and we try to preserve the methods of bread baking. Therefore, we do not use any types of chemicals or additives to artificially improve the appearance. Furthermore, to improve the quality we avoid using yeast in our breads and instead use natural leavening agents, which enhances both the taste and the quality of the product. At our shop you can find more than 10 different types of bread such as baguettes, olive breads,
100% sourdough rye breads, whole wheat breads and more. The variety of our pastries will suit everybody’s taste and will leave you satisfied and asking for more! You can always take our tempting treats to go, or stay and linger at the café with an aromatic cup of coffee and more. We will make your lunch unforgettable with sandwiches and quiches that are prepared with fresh bread and high quality ingredients every day. Some of the ingredients used, such as the sun dried tomatoes; the roasted peppers and the aubergines are made here at the bakery’s kitchen, to give you the finest taste possible. Each day we offer a special soup of the day that can be enjoyed with a slice of specialty bread.
