Yesterday’s breakfast another recreation of Chef Jordan’s Albanian staples!

Balkin Byrek Hash: Spinach Byrek,eggs,potatoes, onion, garlic,topped with Albanian sour cream that has roasted yellow peppers in it and feta! Omg talk about hitting the mark! The best!
