The name captures and reflects the style and concept of the restaurant. “De” in the dialects of the English speaking Caribbean is the definite article. De is also the moniker for Chef Denise. Whereas “De” is dual and seem

ingly divergent, it converges into the concept of De Cuisine; a definitive style of cuisine inspired by the experiences of and produced by Chef Denise.
