Restaurant Marcus Located in the historic Nelson's Dockyard at the Officer's Quarters building. Menus are not set as the Chef likes to switch things up daily.

Restaurant Marcus became a reality for one-time Skipper Mark Fitzgerald after he decided to take a break from the high seas. Aiming to be everything but ordinary, this restaurant is known for providing dishes with a twist and with a genius in the kitchen it's not a hard feat.
