Our ingredients and products, where possible, are locally sourced from local farmers, growers and artisans who care about what they pr
oduce. We try to ensure that our ingredients are wholesome, organic, local and humanely reared without the use of harmful chemicals and the like. This costs a little more but we think it's worth it. To know that something has been grown locally, produced locally and therefore is keeping the economy rotating is vital. Our eggs are from pasture raised hens, living on grass 24/7 and eating what they choose to eat, plus they scratch and bath freely in the earth when they want! Our bacon too is locally produced and has a low density production - again with no antibiotics or hormones and happy pigs! Our bacon sandwiches/rolls are made with handout back or belly bacon and are so delish! Our Island Bar with gin; rum; vodka and beer all from the islands:
Our gin is from Antilles StillHouse here in Antigua & is a fabulous botanical gin full of flavour. Mostly grown in the hills surrounding the Still House in English Harbour and as good as Hendricks in our opinion
Our Rum is from Antigua Distillery and is delicious mixed with something of your choice; on the rocks or poured into our Caribbean Coffee Roasters Coffee or our Paddling Duck Turmeric Coconut Latte. Our beer is from 2SIX8 Craft Brewery and is going down a storm with locals and visitors alike
Our Vodka is from the BVIs and made from Bread fruit! So Caribbean and so good! Our wines are, of course, international but are served in fine bone china - such a decadent and fabulous way to enjoy a glass or two. We do have glasses if you insist on a glass but once you try a bone china cup, you wont want a glass again! Our vibe is chilled, relaxed, fun and enjoyable. The location is peaceful, relaxing, energising and beautiful. We have tables inside the Tea House; lounge chairs under the awning and Lazy Bones Bean Bags under the trees with a view to take your breath away. As time passes, we will create more nooks and crannies where you can mix and mingle; have a romantic drink or just chill on your own with a book
Our music is uplifting - sometimes Jazz; Bossa Nova; Reggae or now, Christmassy but always in the background creating a happy vibe. Our food is cooked cooked to order with much love and care and served on the most beautiful vintage china. Our cakes are heavenly and change almost daily and our view is always a breath taking 360 degrees that never disappoints
