Students from Sharjah University’s Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics visited our catering facility recently for an interactive tour, with a key focus on food safety and quality control. The students were very enthusiastic to see the food production chain and understand the detailed processes and planning that goes into in-flight catering.

BoB Winners Ceremony:
We recently rewarded six of Air Arabia’s top performing in-flight retail sellers with prizes including a stay at the Burj Al Arab, iPads, a GoPro camera and cash prizes. Management and fellow crew were on hand to celebrate with the deserving, very happy winners.

The top 20 bestselling Air Arabia cabin crew recently participated in our “Art of Selling” workshop – a joint initiative to improve engagement and in flight retail sales. A successful and fun day for all!

As part of our strategy to delight our customers
Our F&B team scheduled a “Breakfast on us “ session with Sharjah Institute of Heritage.
Our team met with the Purchasing & Finance Team at Sharjah Institute of Heritage on 10th February and kindly provided us with a site tour , and they shared with us a viewing to one of the oldest Holy book in Sharjah History “ Mushaf”

We recently held our very first Alpha Wellness Day, with a presentation from dnata's Occupational Health Manager Donna MacDonald along with a Laughing Yoga session by Bhupinder Kaur Chhokra. Our team was fully engaged and even had a laugh or two! Our partner, Sharjah Airport Clinic, provided our employees a quick check-up of our blood pressure, blood sugar and even a preliminary dental check-up. We are already looking forward to planning our next Alpha Wellness Day!
