Kubo Filipino Restobar Dubai A Filipino escape above Dubai. Kubo is Dubai’s first Filipino rooftop restobar, located at Knight Castle Hotel on Al Maktoum Road.

Inspired by the warmth of the Philippine countryside, Kubo offers private nipa hut cabanas with grill setups, pool access, live acoustic music, and karaoke nights. Designed as a family-style cultural escape, Kubo brings Filipino food, music, and community together — above the city.
