جيل فاهم إن السمعة مش بتتبنى بليلة. من أول ضيف دخل الباب…لحد النهاردة، نفس الوجوه بترجع. مش عشان مفيش مطاعم سي فود تانية…
بس عشان فيه فرق. سنين والسوق اتغير، المنافسة زادت، الأسماء كترت. والاسم اللي اتبنى بالصنعة .. مش بيتاخد بالزحمة. ابن حميدو... شيخ الصنعة.
