This August, Chom Chom teams up with L.A. cult favourite taco stand - Tacos 1986 and bring to Barsha The 1986 Banh Mi, created by Chef Joy Tostada.

The special brings together Chôm Chôm’s Vietnamese street food spirit with Chef Jorge’s bold, fire-led taco style, creating a playful meeting of two much-loved street food cultures.

July Speical ⭐️ Vietnamese Braised Beef Banh Mi by our very own Chef Kelvin Ng

A twist on traditional Bò Kho recipe, the much-loved Vietnamese beef stew known for its deep, comforting and aromatic flavour. Beef cheeks are braised until meltingly tender in a spiced lemongrass broth, then tucked into our golden baguette with carrot and kohlrabi pickles, sweet basil, coriander, cucumber, Vietnamese mayonnaise and jalapeño.

This July special also marks the beginning of Chôm Chôm & Friends, a new monthly series of rotating special bánh mìs celebrating the many cultures, cuisines and culinary talents shaping Dubai’s dining scene. Each month, Chôm Chôm will collaborate with a different chef to create a limited-edition bánh mì, giving the iconic Vietnamese sandwich a fresh and personal twist.
