Pancit Cabagan.

Pancit Cabagan is a pansit version from the town of Cabagan in Isabela, Philippines. It can be considered as one of the most popular food in the province. This pansit version makes use of miki noodles, Lechon Carajay, and eggs similar to that of Pancit Batil Patong. However, the eggs are boiled and not poached. Quail eggs are commonly used to make this dish.

Sinanglaw.

Sinanglaw is a Filipino soup dish from the northern part of the Philippines prepared with beef and beef offal flavoured with kamias and bile, nearly similar to pinapaitan.
Sinanglaw is cooked using beef while pinapaitan is commonly goat but there are variations where beef is used.
Sinanglaw is sour with a hint of bitterness compared to pinapaitan which is bitter with a hint of sourness.

Available at Lutong Norte.
Location: πŸ“Winter Market, Al Rigga. beside Al Ghurair Mall, Deira Dubai.

Royal Bibingka.

This is not your regular bibingka. It is a popular rice cake that originated from Vigan, Ilocos Sur. It resembles a piece of mamon, or perhaps a Pinoy cheese cupcake at first glance, but it is a different piece of goodness that should not be ignored. It took me awhile to get the exact flavor and texture that I wanted, and now I am sharing my version to you. I hope that you will like it.

Available at Lutong Norte.
