Olá, I’m Natacha Matos.

For those who know Casa Alma but not the person behind it, here’s a little of my story.

Twenty-two years ago, I arrived in Dubai with no idea that this city would become home. As the years went by, I built a life here, but I never stopped missing the simple things from Portugal: a proper coffee, fresh bread, a warm pastel de nata... and the feeling of home.

That longing became a dream: to bring a little piece of Portugal to Dubai.

Today, casa alma is more than a café. It’s a place where Portuguese flavours, traditions, and community come together, and where everyone is welcome around the table.

Thank you for being part of this journey and for letting us share a taste of Portugal with you.
