I’m a formally trained Cordon Bleu cook and since moving to Dubai over 10 years ago I’ve tried to combine my natural interest in food and cooking with the demands of a small family. As a result, I run group cooking classes from my kitchen in Jumeirah for up to 10 people. Cooking in the Middle East offers a variety of textures and flavours. ocally sourced produce to suit all budgets and tastes. In addition to the home courses, I do still cater for private or corporate events, typically for 30 – 300 people, either independently or as a turnkey service with everything from cutlery to DJs.
