We are looking for a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) who:

We are a USA based startup having headquarter in Dubai.

Has the drive and motivation required to build a company - from the MVP to a scaled operation.

What you will do:

Working backward from the user perspective to help define, build launch, and operate products at scale to meet the needs of our users
Willing and able to dive into the code yourself whenever needed.
Being actively involved in setting product strategy and roadmap
Deep diving into technical issues, identify and resolve the real root causes.
Communicate highly technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build a team in line with overall commercial progress & requirements.
Preferred Experience

BS degree from a reputable university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related subject.
You have experience in managing software developers remotely.
Knowledge of the technologies used in the company
Kotlin for Android native development
Swift for iOS native development
MERN Stack architecture for the backend part using typically MongoDB, Express, React & NodeJS
You have knowledge of AWS
Fluency in English is required.
Previous Experience is a MUST
