Established in 2012 we created Red Farm based on a dream to totally revolutionize the Doner experience and inject new life into our beloved and world-famous cuisine. In conceiving our taste revolution, we decided to incorporate tastes from around the world. The most delicious and enjoyable part of the Doner experience is eating it. But it does have a rich history. Doner means ‘turning’ in Turkish,
and is the method of cooking veal or chicken by slowly rotating it over heat. Doner belongs to Turkish cuisine and is believed to have been introduced in the 18th century. It is known by different names in other countries such as shawarma in Arabic, gyro in Greece, and tarna in Armenia. We present you the magnificent marriage of red (meat) and green (vegetable).

What makes our Doner so special? Red Farm’s red meat is very special. Raised in private farms, only the most tender (loin) parts of the veal are used. It is prepared by marinating in a special formula and fresh herbs.

Our Chicken Doner is prepared by using only the breast and leg of free rage chicken. Our chicken meat does not have additives, is natural and healthy. We bake our bread early in the morning for you. We offer you a range of delicious and healthy breads to choose from; bagel, focaccia, baguette, and Arabic.
