There are so many ways to enhance your mobility and flexibility 🤸🏽‍♀️ Assistance with blocks, straps and even silks can create larger openings, which can allow gravity to do its work 💪🏼Playing around with different apparatuses has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of my bodies limitations, and how far I can push it! Day by day, I’m getting an inch closer to reaching my goals!🧘🏻‍♂️
