We call it Dolce Tortellino.

A dessert made of pasta? That's right!

Two fried ricotta-filled tortellini hugged together, vanilla cream, sour cherry compote, and a dusting of cinnamon sugar.

Sweet, creamy, tangy, crispy: a rollercoaster of flavours!

We named it Dolce Tortellino because it's both a sweet tortellino and, somehow, the kind of nickname you'd give to someone you like. 😚

Our favourite Sagra dessert. For all the obvious reasons. 💛

We chose Corzetti — a traditional shape from my hometown, Genoa. One of the oldest pasta formats, simple yet rich in history, just like the kind of food we believe in.
We’re serving them with a light lemon sauce 🍋 fresh, summery, and one of your all-time favorites.

In these challenging times, we wanted to create a small moment of calm, creativity, and fun for our community. 💛
Tomorrow, Sagra is hosting a free online pasta-making workshop for both adults and kids. A simple activity you can do together from home, with just a few ingredients.
All you need is:
• Remilled semolina flour
• Water
Optional: spinach (fresh or frozen) for a pop of colour 🌿
We’ll guide you step by step through a simple handmade pasta that anyone can make — no equipment needed.

✨ At the end of the session, a small gift for you!
Participation is free, but slots are limited.
Send us a DM and we’ll share the Google Meet link.
First come, first served.
