We call it Dolce Tortellino.
A dessert made of pasta? That's right!
Two fried ricotta-filled tortellini hugged together, vanilla cream, sour cherry compote, and a dusting of cinnamon sugar.
Sweet, creamy, tangy, crispy: a rollercoaster of flavours!
We named it Dolce Tortellino because it's both a sweet tortellino and, somehow, the kind of nickname you'd give to someone you like. 😚
Our favourite Sagra dessert. For all the obvious reasons. 💛
