‼️College Graduate Success‼️

A huge congratulations to our graduate Daniel Royall-Smith , who is currently just started his course in Glasgow to pursue a BA (Hons) Acting degree at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland! 🎭✨

We already miss your quick wit, positive energy and all the laughs you brought to the studio, Big D. Daniel was a standout as Dewey Finn in School of Rock, gave stellar performances in Mamma Mia! and Wicked, and had us all laughing as the MAIN BIG Ken, let’s be honest, who didn’t love that one? And whenever he was paired with Keir Marshall in The Book of Mormon or Mamma Mia!, we knew we were in for a hilarious duo performance. 🎭

Some of you will also remember Daniel’s brilliant turn as Shakespeare in our most recent graduate production of & Juliet, or the chemistry he and ari had hosting the grad show. Their song and dance duet won gold at the Global Dance Open Finals! 🏅

We’ve loved watching Daniel bring so many drama scenes and musical theatre scripts to life while working with our show director and vice principal, Matt Firth . It’s no wonder he received offers from Guildford School of Acting, ArtsEd, Royal Central and LAMDA. But the moment he walked through the doors at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, he knew it was the place for him.

Have the best time in Glasgow, Daniel. They are so lucky to have you. You’re a talented actor, a true gentleman and an absolute legend, and we couldn’t be prouder of you. Keep in touch, we can’t wait to see you soon! ❤️

‼️College Graduate Success‼️

A huge congratulations to our smiley, sweet Sadie x who gained places at all of her top choices, including Laine Theatre Arts and Bird College! Sadie has accepted her place at London, where she’ll begin her Musical Theatre Diploma 🎭✨

Sadie is a beautiful technical dancer who has won many medals for her ballet, jazz and lyrical performances. Over the years, we’ve watched her grow beyond her technique, bringing more personality to her jazz, developing her commercial and musical theatre styles, and learning to express emotion through lyrical dance to tell a story. The moment she steps on stage, her face lights up and she comes alive. Swipe to see this beautiful dancer and performer in action! 💫

Watching Sadie grow through Diverse Performing Arts Centre and our BTEC programme has been such a joy. She completed our Level 3 Extended Diploma with an incredible Distinction*, Distinction*, Distinction* 🌟 We know how daunting singing and drama felt to her at the beginning, so seeing her overcome those fears and grow in confidence has been especially wonderful.

We wish you all the luck in the world at Urdang, Sadie. We can’t wait to follow your journey, and your big smile will be missed by so many of us. Keep in touch! ❤️
