The brains behind the concept is Hatun Madani, chef extraordinaire and brand ambassador for one of the biggest names in the GCC food industry – Mazola. Hatun’s passion for cooking started early and she was always trying to help her mother in the kitchen as a child. As she grew up, she started implementing her own ideas to Saudi food and ever since, it’s been Hatun’s dream to offer the world, her take on Saudi cuisine.
